The Crews feature allows you to easily select the prevailing wage area for the job and put in the correct burdened wage for all areas of the estimate
The end result is a very comprehensive "ballpark" estimate, with notes, in a format that can be presented to your client.
You can refine the cost by "pushing" your parts to Sage Buyout. Buyout will make it easy to get current pricing from your vendors which can, in turn, be "pushed" back to your estimate. Now you have the makings of your "hard" bid to the client.
