Sage Timberline Estimating's Concrete-Masonry Database comes with over 1,500 parts that can be used one-by-one or in Smart Assemblies to make estimating so much faster and accurate you will wonder how you did it before.
Sage Timberline's Smart Assemblies are programmed to let you answer questions like the length, width and depth of a footing; the number of horizantal and vertical rebar runs; the spec on the concrete; etc. Ditto for block wall or brick veneer. It does the math and gives you everything need to complete that component and move to the next.
Productivity is set in the database for the average job but may easily be adjusted up or down depending on the job.
The Crews feature allows you to easily select the prevaililng wage area for the job and put in the correct burdened wage for all areas of the estimate
The end result is a very comprehensive "ballpark" estimate in a format that is presentable in a printed format for your client with notes..
